The Latin Road Home is at once a cookbook, a travelogue and a memoir, offering a fascinating and personal look back at the food traditions that have shaped Chef Jose Garces' life and cooking, from his family's ancestral home in Ecuador to his ongoing work
as an award-winning chef and restaurateur across the USA.
Guests will have a chance to taste the flavors of The Latin Road Home at Amada (Revel Beach Resort, 500 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ). Chef Garces will transform the tasting menu at Amada to feature dishes exclusive to The Latin Road Home.
