Crystal bowl sound baths help promote deep relaxation, relieve stress, and allow the mind and body to let go making room for healing and rest. These bowls will leave you feeling nourished, balanced, radiant, and bright. Crystal sound frequencies generate vibrations that stimulate the etheric body as well as the physical body. The sound of the Crystal Bowls help you to open to receive physical and emotional healing, and can stimulate access to intuitive knowledge. Part of the nature of crystal is to amplify, and so when used with intention for healing it can create a solid ground to surrender our negative emotions and increase the vibrations of our positive love-light body.
