Flight School - Farmhouse Ales with Aaron Brussat
Dig into one of the most mysterious yet popular and refreshing styles of beer. Well taste through a flight of four different examples of Farmhouse beer, or Saison. During the flight, well learn about the European origins of the style and how American brewers have taken its versatility to the max. Well also talk about the how and why of the beers flavors and aromas, and improvise a theoretical menu of food to pair with each beer.
Aaron is a Certified Cicerone, beer writer, homebrewer, and editor of the Northwest Brewing News. Flight School is for anybody who wants to expand their knowledge of beer!
Tickets are $18 and are available at the bar. Purchasing in advance is recommended!
