RESCHEDULED: Politics and Prose Presents BOB WOODWARD
Bob Woodward, one of the most notable journalists and non-fiction authors in the country, is best known for his original news reporting on the Watergate scandal in the 1970s with fellow reporter Carl Bernstein. Since then, he has authored eighteen books on American politics, twelve of which have topped best-seller lists, won a Pulitzer as the lead reporter for his coverage of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and he became associate editor of The Washington Post. His latest book, FEAR: TRUMP IN THE WHITE HOUSE, is the most intimate portrait of a sitting president ever published during the first years in office. Woodward draws from hundreds of hours of interviews with firsthand sources, meeting notes, personal diaries, files, and documents. This inside look at the Trump presidency is told as only Bob Woodward can tell it: with authoritative reporting and unflinching honesty.

Woodward will be in conversation with Michael Schmidt, two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning American journalist and correspondent for The New York Times.

PLEASE NOTE: This event has been rescheduled for September 27 at GWU's Lisner Auditorium. Ticket sales through Brown Paper Tickets have ended, but tickets may still be available at GWU Tickets.
