As spring blossoms, we celebrate love both earthly and divine! The Hearts Reflection by Elder shines with love for humanity, Ubi Caritas by Mealor reminds us Christs love has gathered us into one, as Clausens Set Me as a Seal promises that love is stronger than death. With string quartet, piano and bartitone solo, our centerpiece is Vaughan Williams Five Mystical Songs featuring beloved poetry by George Herbert. Youll hear I Sat Down Under His Shadow by Bairstow illuminating the heavenly feast to come, music by Antognini, Hagenberg and Sandstrom, and exhilarating music from Royal Weddings that will buoy your spirits in this sensuous spring serenade!
