FLIP SIDE

Magnum Opus - the Madison area's exciting new ballet company - will present a new program at the Verona Area Community Theater on October 19th and 20th at 7:30 PM.
FLIP SIDE will include two new works choreographed by the company's Artistic Director, Abigail Henninger. The program will include a rich mix of styles, with the first half featuring a contemporary work with a local actor and a spoken word script. In the second half, Vivaldi will provide the music for more classically-flavored pieces.
This program focuses on perception. There are times our perception of ourselves can be skewed and confused by many lies society may feed us. However, when we look to something greater than this world we see beyond what society says and we begin to see truth, we find hope. We are created with beauty and purpose, despite the internal battles we may face.
