Fall Membership Meeting
Date: Tuesday, September 25, 2018
Location: The Log Cabin, Holyoke MA
Time: 4:00-6:00pm EDIC Review Program, dinner and business meeting to follow
Please make every effort to attend this meeting as there is much important VDDS business to discuss and vote on. Reports will be presented pertaining to the reorganization of committee and leadership positions; the financial health of the VDDS; updating the Societys bylaws; new membership; and presentations of the social and education calendars for the upcoming year.
The Menu will be as follows:
First Course: Savannah Belle Salad
Entrees: (select one when you register)
_________ Balsamic Chicken (grilled chicken, aged balsamic, mushrooms and artichoke cream)
_________ Coconut White Fish (panko and coconut dusted scrod with a citrus cream sauce)
_________ Asian Ginger Braised Angus Short Ribs
_________ Gluten-free Grilled Marinated Zucchini (served on a bed of spinach and quinoa, with roasted red peppers and goat cheese)
Dessert: Platters of Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Cheesecake, Mousse, Cannolis and Candy
Price: $45 per person (this covers the EDIC Review as well as dinner)
Please be advised that, in an effort to streamline our registration process and to control costs, the Valley District Dental Society has implemented an online registration/payment portal. Please visit https://bpt.me/3596248 and select your meal option. You will be asked for the names of all attendees and can pay using a debit or credit card. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER SEPTEMBER 18, 2018. There is no registration at the door. If you would like to pay by check or call in credit card information to Amy any time prior to September 18th, please be aware that a $5 additional fee (per person) will apply.
