Please join the Stroke Comeback Center for our 4th annual MIND MATTERS luncheon on October 26th at 11:30 AM at the Hyatt Regency Dulles. This year's luncheon is presented in partnership with Middleburg's A Place to Be and Medstar NRH Rehabilitation Network is our patron sponsor. Come discover how music can heal the brain and heart with our keynote speaker, Dr. Kathleen Howland and also enjoy an unforgettable performance from local stroke choir, Different Strokes for Different Folks.
This year's luncheon also has the distinction of being the kick off for our new Mind Matters Honor Roll. Add your name to the Honor Roll by sponsoring a survivor for $260, which offsets the cost for one communication class for a nine week session. Your contribution will allow us to continue our work with stroke and brain trauma survivors and serve as the only organization of this kind in the DC metro area.
