The main aim of the class will be to train the performing body. We will focus on actively engaging the mind and the body while working creatively to connection between movement, sound and language. The participants move constantly throughout the duration of the class. Improvised actions will lead to short repetitive movement combinations which build into longer phrases. The class encourages stamina, creativity and offers elements that each participant can play with and incorporate into their performance practice.
Booking is essential as the class has limited spaces.
