Herbal Impressions and tea blending
Come explore the energetics of herbs through a sensory experience of taste! In this workshop, well combine embodied mindfulness, knowledge of herbal actions, and herb tasting to expand your understanding of plant medicine, learn about how flavor affects a plants energetics, and explore how you respond individually to each plant. By the end, youll have the wisdom and opportunity to craft a customized herbal blend for yourself.
