We will move, we will respond, we will shake, we will question, we will falter, we will mix up the animal, we will repeat, we will incorporate our face, we will talk. I will lead, I will probably ramble on. Space will be taken to find a mindful entrance into your mornings thinking-moving self. I will guide our time by layering questions, ideas and images to encourage structured thought to dissolve, to practice how we see and practice how we feel about being seen. We will move using different amounts of energy, sometimes with shared material, playing with motion that can linger but equally drop. We will delve in and out of togetherness, being with and sharing our own dance. We will attempt to let go of judgment, finding a kindness to ourselves and a little bit of joy.
** Booking is essential as places are limited.
