Our French Cooking Class is back for the fall by popular demand. Whether you are a novice or cooking enthusiast, Learning the art of french cooking will give you insight into the classical tastes and techniques that every professionally trained Chef is taught.
This hands-on cooking class will have you saying Oolala!
Appetizer- Leek & Mushroom Souffle'
Entree' Steak Au Poivre with Pomme de Terre
Frisee Salad with Dijon & Champagne Vinaigrette
Dessert- Apple Tartin with Creme Fraiche
**Wine tasting is included in the price. You are welcome to BYOB as well.
A Sommelier will be on hand throughout the evening to discuss wines from the various regions of France, and highlighted through each course.
