Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult Cooking - Knife Skills for the Home Cook
Learn proper knife skills as taught in professional culinary programs throughout the world.
The culinary foundation in any kitchen, is the using the correct knives for the task at hand.
Our Chef Instructors will guide you through this hands-on, how to class for the those beginning to cook and those seasoned home cooks, everyone benefits from the mastery of proper hand placement, the application of slice, dice, mince, julienne, and chiffonaide techniques.
We will apply your new found skill set to prepping and cooking a 4 course dinner!
