Montclair Culinary Academy - Adult cooking 'Sip & Cook' Italy's Amalfi Coast Fresh Pasta Class
Lets get one thing straight, Magic and pasta is alive and well on the Amalfi Coast. Our culinary travels will be a cooking class to remember.
Our Chef Instructors will guide you through the preparation of fresh egg pasta to accompany Fresh Linguini Avondale' and Shrimp Fra Diavlo.
We begin with an appetizer of Dates stuffed with Parmasean cheese and wrapped in Prosciutto
