"Old World Butchers Meet The New World of Beef"
Join us for a beef cutting demonstration with 100% grass fed beef from Producer Matrix partner Adirondack Grazers Cooperative.
Old World butchers from the East Village Meat Market will walk you through the process of butchering a 100% grass fed half steer provided by Producer Matrix partner Adirondack Grazer's Cooperative. Afterwards, there will be individual cuts for sale, as well as boxes of fresh, frozen Grazer's steaks.
Enjoy complimentary tastes of locally made kielbasa, hams, and other traditional butcher products from the East Village Market, the last surviving Eastern European butcher shop in the East Village. Plus, Snail of Approval establishment Jimmy's No. 43 will provide samples of craft beers and ciders.
