Tech Ninja: Sound Design

Orchestrate our plays with scoring and sound effects that will blow the audience's minds! With The Odyssey and The Private Life of Private Molly, there is a chance for students to excel and have their hand in the production and feel of the shows!! Using Mac computers well teach you the ins and outs of Qlab so you can create awesome soundscapes

Weeks: 9 (7 for class + Sound tech of shows)
Start and End Date: August 29-October 17th (No Class 9/5) in class, Tech/Performance weeks for shows
Primary Location: Front Room of Pendulum Space in North Center (1803 W. Byron St. #216, Chicago, IL 60613)
Min/max: 1/4 (capping at 4)
Notes: We are definitely capping this at 4.
Students will need a copy of the scripts for our Spring shows, a pencil, and paper.
Sound Design students will be asked to be board ops (sound and mics) for our shows.
Students will need their own headphones. Having a Mac is helpful if you desire to work on this at home.
