CWC CLE Blood Stain Pattern Analysis and Wrongful Convictions
Two one hour discussions highlighting how BSPA has contributed to wrongful convictions. Featuring award winning investigative reporter and Texas Monthly editor, Pamela Colloff, whos recent two part article from ProPublica and the NYT Magazine, Blood Will Tell explores the devastating impact BSPA had in the Texas case of Joe Bryan. Followed by a one hour discussion with exoneree David Camm, who was convicted based on erroneous BSPA and crime reconstruction testimony, and his attorney, Richard Kammen.
