Wise Man Brewery and The Katharine Brasserie and Bar
The Katharine Brasserie & Bar welcomes local brewery, Wise Man Brewing, for a collaborative dinner on August 16. This intimate dinner will be held on The Katharines newly refurbished outdoor patio and offers guests four courses highlighting Chef Adam Barnetts classic French cuisine. Barnetts dishes will be carefully curated to complement the flavors of each courses beer pairing, hand-selected by a representative from Wise Man, who will be at the dinner to speak to each brew. This dinner is the first in a series of dinners at The Katharine that will highlight artisans, farmers, distillers, winemakers and guest chefs from around the area.

Grilled Peach Tartine

Course 1:
Sweet Corn & Tomato Salad
Avocado. Pickled Red Onion. Grilled Scallion Dressing.
Course 2:
Warm Duck Confit
Fresh Peaches. Arugula. Feta. Creamy Tarragon Dressing.
Course 3:
Cider Glazed Pork Roulade
Smoked Trottters. Scarborough Faire. Mustard Sauce.

Braised New Potatoes. Spiced Broccoli Rabe.

Peanut Butter Cake
Caramelized Popcorn. Coffee Anglaise.
