Tonic and Adaptogen Herbs

In this two hour class we will cover: 10 of the major tonic and adaptogen herbs from western herbalism, ayurveda and Chinese medicine How to choose the right tonic and adaptogen herbs for you How to tell when they are helping or harming Dosage and preparations Volunteer case study examples from the class
This class is appropriate for all levels. You may find the tongue diagnosis class also taught at Adiantum School to be very illuminating and complementary to some of the concepts learned in this class.

Natalie is a local herbal educator and clinical herbalist who runs the Adiantum School of Plant Medicine. She has been studying herbalism for 10 years, and will never be done learning! In addition to teaching herself, she has studied under several herbalists, most notably Cascade Anderson Geller and Matthew Wood. She believes in the power of curiosity and direct experience!
