Heyday Farm "Chef in the Garden Series" Featuring Chef Zoi Antonitsas
Chef Tadao Mitsui and Heyday Farm House are excited to welcome back to the farm Chef Zoi Antonitsas. We had the fortune to collaborate with Zoi earlier this year for a Washington Wine event and it was such a success we decided to do it again and open it up to our community. Chef Zoi will be joining Chef Tad at the farm to create some distinctive and fresh dishes straight from our kitchen gardens and regional waters.
As Chef Zoi has spent her career and some popular restaurants, Bizou (San Francisco), Zazu Kitchen + Farm (Sonoma), and Westward (Seattle), she is now preparing to launch her own restaurant, Little Fish, in Seattle's treasured Pike Place Market.
Back at the farm, the garden is bursting with possibilities, the table is set, the menus are designed and it is officially Summer in the Pacific Northwest. Time to sip, savor & relax with old friends and new at our lively community tables and engaging chef's counter.
Guests will be greeted with a welcoming bite & sip of bubbles and invited to stroll the farm gardens. The chefs will share stories of their dishes and inspirations that come from all the culinary opportunities of our region, then everyone will make their way inside for the meal. Chef Zoi and Chef Tad will serve a 5-course meal designed and prepared in collaboration to highlight the flavors of the Pacific Northwest bounty at the height of the season.
Price includes a 5 course meal, welcoming bubbles, and gratuity. All tickets are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another person for this event. In the event of a cancellation by guest chef or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.
Wine can be purchased by the glass or bottle during dinner service.
