A Night for CARE at Joli Kobe Kitchen
Drink and dine with four well-known Atlanta chefs while supporting a good cause at Joli Kobe Kitchen on Tuesday, March 26 at 6:30 p.m. A cocktail reception kicks off the night, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The participating chefs include Mihoko Obunai of Joli Kobe Kitchen, three time James Beard nominee, Todd Richards of The Shed at Glenwood, Cooper Miller of Southbound Restaurant and another three time James Beard nominee and Top Chef contestant, chef Hector Santiago.
Guests will enjoy four courses, with each course being prepared by a different chef.
First Course
Locally-sourced vegetables prepared in a variety of ways by Mihoko Obunai
Second Course
Surf and Turf by Chef Todd Richards
Third Course
Monkfish presented by Cooper Miller
Fourth Course
Gum Creek Pork dish from chef Hector Santiago
After dinner, desserts of assorted petit fours will be served. The four-course dinner is priced at $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity, with Sake and Souchu pairings included.
