Bionic Vixens Revue presents Va Va Boom
On Saturday, April 6th, prepare for shaking, shimmying, and a whole lot of teasing when burlesque returns to downtown San Jose! Giant Creative proudly presents San Jose's only hometown burlesque troupe, Bionic Vixens Revue, and retro girl-group sensation The Bang in Va Va Boom at the Landmark Ballroom at the San Jose Women's Club.
Va Va Boom features Bionic Vixens Revue members performing two solid acts of burlesque, the return of stage kitten Melody Malice, and emcee Bob Ueckerlele. Afterwards, The Bang will bring their 60s girl group sound and moves to the stage while the dance floor will open up for audience members to pony, watusi, and gyrate.
Va Va Boom begins at 8 pm. The burlesque show starts at 9 p.m. with The Bang and dancing starting at 10:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $10 in advance/$15 at the door. The San Jose Woman's Club is located at 75 S. 11th Street. Va Va Boom is an 18 and older event.
