In Person with David Greene and Kelly McEvers
Join KCBX on Friday, August 31st, as we welcome NPR Morning Edition host David Greene and Kelly McEvers, the host of Embedded and past host of All Things Considered, to San Luis Obispo for a discussion about journalism, news, and how reporting has changed in the last two years. You'll hear from David Greene about his tenure as an NPR correspondent based in Russia and reporting on Presidents from the West Wing; and Kelly McEvers will discuss her time as a war correspondent in Syria and how she creates her own NPR podcast. Join us Friday, August 31st.
Purchase VIP tickets to attend our pre-event reception at 6:30 pm in the Experimental Theatre at the Cuesta College CPAC. Hors d'oeuvres and wine will be served and you'll have a chance to speak with our guests David Greene and Kelly McEvers.
