Red Dragon Listening Room SUMMER FUN-DRAISER
Red Dragon Listening Room is the trade name for the Louisiana Americana and Folk Society, a 501 (c) 3 federal non profit corporation. The Red Dragon is now in its sixteenth year hosting the finest songwriters in the music business today. The format for shows has remained constant over the years. Concerts feature a national touring act with Louisiana artists opening the shows.
The Red Dragon has been funded by a yearly concert called a "PALOOZA". As the number of shows and the expense of maintaining an old building have increased, the Dragon has fallen behind on its finances. The SUMMER FUN-DRAISER aims to bridge the financial gap and help us in improving our current sound system.
