Savasana & Session | Heylo Cannabis Lab
A vin-to-yin aroma-assisted class in the Heylo Cannabis Lab led by Samantha Johnson (Austin, TX) followed by a conscious cannabis seminar with the Heylo team.
Join Heylo & Capsule for an evening of Savasana & Session with yogi Samantha (Sam) Johnson. Sam, touring from Austin, Texas, is a Yoga Alliance-certified instructor with extensive experience leading a wide variety of yoga styles to all skill-levels. This Savasana & Session experience will include a mindful vinyasa flow leading into a deepening yin practice with plenty of hands-on assists and massage. This all-levels practice will incorporate essential oils with CBD-infused terpene blends. Yoga will be followed by an educational seminar on conscious cannabis use for health and overall wellness. Come prepared to learn about how cannabis and aromatherapy can elevate your yoga practice, clear your mind, and open new doors in a life well-lived.
