Slow Food Buttery Experience
If you are interested in the traditional method of buttery making then this is the event for you.
The event will take place in Keith where you will have the chance to see a real baker mix up a large batch of butteries and you might even get the chance to knuckle out your own butteries. Also included in the ticket price is High Tea at the nearby Ugie House Hotel where you will have a fantastic choice of main meals followed by tea/coffee with home bakes. To round off the event you will get a bag of fresh from the oven butteries to take home.

Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding
Battered Haddock
Scampi
Mac N Cheese
Chicken Salad
This will be followed by Tea or coffee, toast, scones, pancakes and homebakes.
