Join us for the next very special summer styled Craft Series Dinner featuring Kern River Brewing.

This event is an exclusively crafted and intentionally paired five course dinner in which we proudly showcase the talents of Chef Brad Hightower (of Urge Common House) and our featured brewery; Kern River Brewing.

1st Course

Kona Kanpachi Ceviche
sour orange / jalapeno / red onion / cilantro / White peach granita
-paired with Kern River Brewing Isabella Blonde

2nd Course

Wild Boar Baby Back Ribs
Sweet potato salad / brussels sprout slaw / BBQ sauce
-paired with Kern River Brewing Brown Claw Brown Ale

3rd Course

Pork Schnitzel
Spaetzle / arugula / radish / mustard beurre blanc
-paired with Kern River Brewing Paddle Left German Hefe

4th Course

Shellfish Cataplana
Lobster / shrimp / crab / chorizo / orzo / saffron crostini
-paired with Kern River Brewing Hop Nookie Triple IPA

5th Course-Dessert

Chocolate Fudge Cake
Ganache / marshmallow cream
-paired with Kern River Brewing Golden Stout
