EAT TO THRIVE COURSE OPTIONS/TRACKS AND PRICING
AUDIT This is for students whose goal it is to gain exposure to the subject matter. Whether they have an illness or simply a thirst for knowledge of the subject matter, they will be permitted to attend, borrow DVDs and participate. They will be required to prepare and contribute to the five course meal. However, there are no attendance or written/oral requirements. Fee: $750
REPEATING AUDIT STUDENTS. (returning graduates) FEE: $375. Fee: $375
HEALTH EDUCATOR CERTIFICATE TRACK: This track is for students interested in being health educators. Successful completion of this track will lead to an OHS Certification of Completion that will help open doors in this fast-growing industry. You will gain a solid understanding of nutrition, recognize the impact that nutrition has on overall health, and learn the benefits of a raw foods/vegan lifestyle. Requirements for this course are attendance at 8 out of 10 classes; a passing grade on two take-home essay tests; and a presentation with hands-on learning for a group of at least 5 people. Fee: $1250
