Bowling for Rhinos - Fresno Chaffee Zoo Aazk 2018

Help the Fresno Chaffee Zoo chapter of the American Association of Zoo Keepers strike out extinction! We are excited for our 5th annual Bowling for Rhinos fundraiser to grow this year at a new location!

Bowling for Rhinos is one of the only nationwide fundraisers that give 100% of all donations directly to animal conservation. Zookeepers and volunteers from all over the country donate their time and skills to run this event so that every penny can go to help endangered rhinos, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, tigers, etc.

This year, help us to raise more funds than before for this worthy cause and get the word out to your friends and family to join us!

When:
August 26, 2018
Registration entry: 5:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Bowling: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Prizes/wrapping up event: 8:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

*Kids under 12 may come to the event free if they are not
bowling.
Limited bowler spaces but unlimited event entrance to help the cause while having fun!

Price includes:
Shoe rental, 2 hours of bowling (6-8 p.m.), pizza (while supply lasts for paid entries), and helping save an endangered species from extinction!

Details about Bowling for Rhinos:
100% of all proceeds go directly to support 4 locations; Lewa Wildlife Conservancy (LWC) in Kenya; and to Ujung Kulon, Bukit Barisan Selatan, and Way Kambas National Parks in Indonesia through the International Rhino Foundation. Poaching is on the rise, and habitat degradation continues, threatening vulnerable rhino populations. The American Association of Zoo Keepers (AAZK) expresses its concern for the plight of the rhino by taking action. Each year Bowling for Rhinos raises over $500,000 nationally, and over $6 million has been raised since its inception in 1990.
