June Cooking Class
Join me on Saturday June 23rd at 6:00PM for our Summer Menu Class.
For this class we will start with a Farmers Market Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing. Then we will make a pasta dish - Pasta Puttanesca. This dish is included in my cookbook, "Step by Step Italian: Recipes from CC's Cooking Classes."
If you are looking for a great dish for summer snacking, then you won't want to miss the Watermelon and Peach Salsa. We'll showcase a Lemon Pepper Fish recipe and finish up with Peach Ice Cream using fresh peaches.
