Pliny the Younger Fundraiser at Tiger!Tiger!
This is how we do PLINY the YOUNGER at our places: We pre-sell tickets, as we are doing here on Brown Paper Tickets, to guarantee your own delicious .4L of PtY. And we give all the profits to a charity. This year? ROOM TO READ will get the money. They have a generous matching policy right now!
We will open the doors by 11am. You must be there by 12:00 to redeem your ticket for your PLINY. Only one PLINY ticket per ID, please. You will also receive a raffle ticket. At 12:30 when everyone who paid for a glass has their glass, we will pull raffle tickets and give away additional glasses 'til we run out! You can buy more raffle tickets on the day of for $5, with ALL the money going to Room to Read.
Also at 12:30 we will offer up for sale a trio flight of Russian River IPAs. Those aren't pre-sale.
So to recap: $12 ticket will get you 13.5 ounces of PLINY the YOUNGER on Saturday, March 9 and you must claim it between 11am and 12pm. Proceeds go to charity. More PLINY will not be available for sale but will be raffled off. Also for charity.
Details are subject to change. Come with a good attitude, it's gonna be busy.
*Sunday, March 10th we are doing a similar yet different event at BLAH.
