Dance Boot Camp @ Sports West Athletic Club
No dance experience required, we got you. Build stamina, increase flexibility, improve strength learn dance choreography, and dance your heart out. Join us for this athletic and energetic dance class loaded with tons of fun, easy to execute dance moves set to some of your favorite jams. Well have you dancing in no time.
Ages 13+ on the dance floor.
Saturday July 14th from 1-3pm.
Limited spots available so look alive.
