My Madrid in Seattle
This class is inspired from my time working and living in Madrid. Bring your wine and appetite and I'll bring the groceries.

Together we'll cook some of my favorite dishes and flavors from that part of Spain.

Yes there will be Paella! The Madrid version is a Seafood Paella, and 2 of the 4 dishes will be Seafood. Please love Fish, Shellfish and Pork when buying tickets.
