Understanding and Identifying Sonoma County's Dragonflies
Join Kathy Biggs, author of Common Dragonflies of California, to learn the biology of Sonoma County's 57 species of dragonflies and damselflies. Emphasis will be placed on the species found at Pepperwood, including their identifying features, life cycles and behaviors. After an introductory lesson, go out into the field to practice identification skills.
