Sexy Shakespeare
Antonia Marrero had an idea for a show that would combine Shakespeare and Burlesque.
Shakespeares language is sexy, raw and vibrant.
Burlesque Dance is free, beautiful and daring.
A mission to bring the two to life as one voice by an all female cast. With music as the extension of the characters expression. But she knew she needed an army of women to bring this vision to life. That is where Jenny Saldana and Eva Stapleton came in and helped to shape this idea and that is when Sexy Shakespeare was born.
Women have different facets to them and in this show we explore that.
In Shakespeare times all roles were played by men but now in 2018 it will be introduced with a Sexy Twist.
