McHenry County College- Green Living Expo 2018
Registration now open for McHenry Countys largest green event.
The McHenry County College (MCC) Sustainability Center will hold its annual Green Living Expo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., November 3, at the MCC gym/multipurpose room and surrounding areas at the college, in Crystal Lake. Green businesses and organizations are welcome and are invited to sign up now to interact and showcase their businesses with McHenry Countys green community.
Visitors can shop and talk with local environmental organizations. The Expo had record attendance last year, with more than 1,100 attendees. Returning this year is the popular artists walk, featuring unique and sustainable creations. Businesses with appropriate green holiday gift ideas are also encouraged to register.
Early bird prices good until September 10th then they will increase. Registration closes October 17th.
Registration includes one six or eight foot table and one chair (contact us if you need more than one table for a discounted price). Electricity will be available on a first come first serve basis.
All applications are pending approval submitting an application does not guarantee your exhibit at the Expo. You will be notified on or before September 10th.
Only one representative of multi-level marketing will be accepted*.
*Arbonne and Juice Plus are registered and we will not be accepting any additional entries from those companies. Questions please contact the Sustainability Center at (815)479-7765.
You have the option to download the application on www.mchenry/green/greenexpo and send it in with payment.
Business ($70/$85) and Non-profit ($40/50)
Pipe/drape and tablecloths are not included. Vendors may bring tablecloths/skirts and free-standing signs/banners. All registrants are listed on the MCC Sustainability Center website as they are processed and after the Expo for one year.

Company logo published on the Green Living Expo website, priority access to electrical, location choice, and table signage at the Expo. Name clearly visible on all outreach materials and highlighted prior to event on social media postings via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Sponsors will also receive a private tour of the new Liebman Science Center immediately following the Expo To be included in printed marketing materials, confirm your participation prior to 8/11/18.
Be a Big Fish ($500 limited availability)There will be a 2,500-gallon fish tank on display with many species of Fox River Fish to watch and enjoy. We will put six sponsor names on or next to the Fish tank for the Day - a great way to advertise your organization or business! Sponsors will also receive a private tour of the new Liebman Science Center immediately following the Expo.
Artists - $30
The Expo Artists Walk: you must be pre-approved. Contact the Sustainability Center if you are interested at sustainability@mchenry.edu. Space is limited.
