Celebrate Cinco de Mayo
Join us to learn the secrets to making typical Cinco de Mayo celebration foods that you can use to throw your own fiesta.
We'll make and enjoy guacamole, salsa, sofrito rice, fish tacos, and flan.
Pair it all with sangria, a rich, fruity wine punch made with Signature Wines Rosé. Wine maker Kelly Harvey will share the recipe and know how so you can make up your own batch at home.
As a grand finale, you'll make your own cascarones, Mexican confetti-filled egg shells. Cracking them over a friend's head is reputed to bring them luck. We can't guarantee that that is true but we do know cascacrones are a whole bunch of colorful fun.
