LET THERE BE LIGHT - by Brianna Barnes - NYSummerfest Theater Festival 2018
This is a folk-rock musical in the vignette style with book and score written by Brianna Barnes. Based on real life interviews, Let There Be Light brings the true stories of experiences, discoveries, and problems various kinds of people have with religion specifically Jesus and Christianity to life on stage. Through each characters story, the audience experiences a messy and broken, but colorful and beautiful mosaic.
