Basic training is complete. We've got bases with mad skills, and flyers who are ready to soar.
You've put in the time to learn the fundamentals, so now let's raise the intensity!
We've worked out a Training Plan to include "Drill Sergeant Says. . .", "Captain's Coming", "Firing Squad", and a few other games and team challenges.
And of course an Acro washing machine. . .a "Choose Your Obstacle Course" flow that will spit you out in three different directions.
(Prior BOOTCAMP workshop attendance NOT required)
PRE-REQS: bird to free shoulderstand to reverse star!! the Obstacle Course will start from there. . .
