Join the Chefs at MCA for a fun filled evening of SUSHI LOVERS WORKSHOP From Perfecting sushi rice, to crafting delicious Maki, Tekka Maki, Hand rolls, and cutting Sashimi.
this class explores the variety of fish, and seafood for making sushi and sashimi . Our menu begins with classically prepared Miso Soup, Seaweed Salad, Living Hydroponic Green Salad with house made Carrot Ginger dressing.
Spots are limited so don't delay!
BYOB : We recommend a cold sake, or dry white wine for the evening
Comfortable clothing and shoes is also recommended, we stand throughout the preparation of
this class.
