Montclair Culinary Academy - AFTER SCHOOL - Knife Skills & Creative Cooking ages 8-15
Each month we will offer weekly after school Creative cooking & Knife safety. The menus vary but the lessons in kitchen safety last a lifetime. Creating confidence in the kitchen, mastering the basic skills that allow your child the freedom to craft simple meals to complex is best taught by our professional Chef/Instructors.
Each week we build on the skill sets learned to week prior. No experience is required to attend our cooking classes.
Classes are every Wed. 4pm-5:30pm Students are offered snacks, and will take home the items they make.
No cell phones are permitted in the kitchen. Sneakers, comfortable clothing recommended.
Please note* These classes fill up quickly. Limited spots.
**Parking for drop off/Pick up is next lot over at 546 Valley Rd.
