A Breath of Fresh Air
Air: the invisible gaseous substance surrounding the earth primarily made of oxygen and nitrogen
Air: to express an opinion or grievance publicly
Air: A short tune or melodious composition

Air 1 + Air 2 + Air 3 = A Breath of Fresh Air, our 2nd benefit concert hosted for and by environmental justice group Philly Thrive.

Philly Thrive members Brian Ratcliffe, Rachel Camp, and Pax Ressler will host an evening of live music by stellar local singers, musicians and songwriters, storytelling, cafe booze & snacks, and sharing space as a community, breathing together in the name of local environmental justice.  

Philly Thrive is a community standing up to the racist, sexist, classist anti-environmental practices in Philadelphia.  We'll be sharing the mission, the stories, and the dreams for climate justice in this city at the concert, but if you want to get to know the group before June 11th, check us out here:

It can be difficult to hold on to hope and optimism in the face of the political and social traumas that we witness in our country.  It can be difficult to know how to help.  This is our offering - bringing together local community members, local artists, and local activists to share space, share stories, celebrate, grieve, contribute in small impactful ways, and take a moment to breathe.
