High Voltage Series @ Electric Lodge Presents

Dislike exposes the dark side of online anonymity and open-forum communication by deconstructing 24-hours worth of comments on the most-disliked video on YouTube, the music video for Justin Beiber's "Baby." Members of Free Reed Conspiracy will create a post-ambient sonic environment with 10 accordions, while members of The People's Microphony Camerata speak and sing a text taken from comments left on the video's YouTube page.

High Voltage is a new late night performance series of original contemporary and experimental works in dance, theater, multi-media and music. Each monthly edition presents works that requires minimal technical support, and are no more then 45 minutes in length. In an effort to create new opportunities for both emerging and established L.A. based artists, Performances/Installations/Happenings take place in our large street-level dance studio, in Venice.
