We'll breathe to the rhythm of the tides during this yoga practice! Come hear about what ESC is doing in the community before relaxing and rewinding in our center by the sea. Open windows mean fresh air and natural sounds during this all levels practice!
The class will be led by Teanna Gentry, Trainer and Director of Operations at Hot Feet Fitness in Burien. This fitness studio focuses on holistic health and sustainability!
ESC members will can attend this class for free, members of the general public will be charged $15! Become an ESC member to attend for free and support environmental education! http://envsciencecenter.org/become-a-member/
Beginners or experienced folks are welcome for this unique opportunity. Please bring your own mat and water bottle, we will provide all additional props.
