Progressive Beer Dinner with BKS Artisan Ales and Heirloom Bakery & Hearth
BKS Artisan Ales and Heirloom Bakery & Hearth are hosting a progressive beer dinner. This three-course meal will feature handcrafted bar snacks, locally sourced smoked meats and veggies and dessert. Each course will be accompanied by a complimentary beer pairing from BKS
MENU:
Appetizers:
-Pretzel bite with beer mustard
-Pork meatball with summer tomato jam
Main:
-Smoked chicken thigh with Fleur de Brett Raspberry Rhubarb BBQ Sauce. Sweet potato salad, kohlrabi slaw, spent grain bread and hop honey butter
Dessert:
-Lemon cream Beignet with strawberries, sorrel, mint and chanitlly cream
Your ticket also includes a complimentary Saison beer created just for this event for you to take home.
The event starts at 5:30pm at BKS Artisan Ales (633 E 63rd St) with appetizers, then take a short walk up the street to Heirloom Bakery & Hearth (401 E 63rd St) where you will enjoy the main course and dessert.
