How to Make Herbal Toners and Scrubs
After getting inspiration from my wonderful students, I am so excited to offer this new medicine making class on two preparations for face and general skincare: toners and scrubs.
In this two hour class, we will
- make a lavender scrub with all natural and simple ingredients
- make a rose-infused toner with all natural and simple ingredients
- discuss when, why and how to use toners and scrubs
- discuss various possible ingredients and their virtues
- how you might put together your own recipes, and ideas to get you started
This is a hands on class, so come ready to help out, measure, pour and wash. Bring an apron, a pen and something to take notes on to recall the knowledge you gain at a later time. I'll provide a handout. You will also get to take home samples of the things we make! I'll provide jars and bottles for that.
