SHIFT, Dance. Arts. & Media's 2nd Season- POWER
SHIFT, Dance is presenting our Second Annual Concert with pieces by Choreographers Carrie Ellmore-Tallitsch, Rohan Bhargava, Brigette Cormier, and Cherri Nelle Thompson with Guest Artists JP Dance Group directed by Julie Petrusak. The theme of the show is POWER, who has it, who wants it, and what do you do with once you have it? POWER specifically speaks to the Power that women have and how they wield it while navigating a world full of glass ceilings, how it affects our investigations into sexuality, and how men have used it to uplift or oppress in society.
