StarCraft 101: Planetary Magic for Witchy Workings
Boost your magical potency by working with earth and star magic!
In this class, full-time astrologer and queer witchy herbalist JP Hawthorne will lead us through an exploration of the fascinating crossroads between astrology and magic, particularly with the opportunities contained within planetary magic. Through lecture, discussion, and exercises, we will expand our relationships with correspondences, plant medicine, and deepen our understanding of planets as deity.
Preferred: Please bring a copy of your natal chart via www.astro.com. If you unable do this, please come with knowing your Sun, Moon and rising signs.
Jaysen Paulson is a Portland-based queer astrologer, herbalist and founder of the Portland School of Astrology. His work with Cosmophilia includes the marriage of astrology and herbal medicine with health and wellness, producing a line of Astrological Herbals, teas and sprays. JayPs work has been featured at astrology and plant medicine conferences, and the Portland Art Museum. He currently sees astrology clients in his Hollywood District office and is writing a book titled Plants & Planets: Herbal Medicine, Flower Essences and Astrology.
