Charles Chocolates Speaker Series with Seneca Klassen of Bittersweet Cafe

Seneca Klassen is one of the founder of Bittersweet Chocolate Cafe. With locations in Oakland and San Francisco, Bittersweet is dedicated to brining some of the world's best chocolates to its customers. In addition, Bittersweet has recently developed its own line of chocolate bars called Bittersweet Origins, featuring cacao from Mexico, Madagascar and the Dominican Republic.
