The Cook&The Bears
Join us at The Cook & The Bear as we welcome Chef Bruce Kalman of Top Chef. Bruce and Tyler were lovingly referred to as "The Bears" on the show and will be bringing their versions of wood fired, smoked foods to West Hartford for one night only. This will be a multi coursed family style feast with beverage pairings. We will not be issuing a menu before the event, but there will be lots of different food.
